When I tried this out I was eager to learn, but definitely a skeptic. The speed with which Nicole agreed to get me the kit displayed enormous confidence in her system. As soon as I got the materials - video, audio and written, I started out to see if it was indeed possible to bend metal with just the mind.
No point in beating around the bush… this kit is a real winner. I followed the instructions and although it took a while, I managed to bend an ordinary restaurant teaspoon with no physical effort at all.
After a period of concentration the spoon bent seemingly by itself right in my hand, about 10 degrees. Not much of a bend, I grant you, but enough to make it noticeable to the naked eye. As you can imagine, such a shift would have taken a good deal of physical strength to achieve but I managed to “think” it into happening!
Let that sink in. I bent steel with nothing but my mind!
As I continued the visualization and concentration, the stem of the spoon felt like it had turned into putty in my hand. At that point, using just my one thumb, I bent the bowl of the spoon back over the stem, till it almost touched it. So startling was this achievement that I immediately snapped out of my concentration and the stem again turned into hard steel. I could not unbend without a huge effort, and only a little bit at that. I am telling you outright, this works! Now… why am I telling you? The whole point is not just to
bend spoons. As Uri Geller tells Nicole Whitney in an interview on one of her Internet radio shows,
"Spoonbending is rather trivial but what it does, it shows to what capacity we can actually trigger the human mind. I believe that the human potential is vast. And by a person trying to bend a spoon they realize and they say ‘wow if I can do this I probably can do other things with my mind.’
Therefore anyone who will be able to bend a spoon will be quite amazed, probably shocked, and that will be their realization that they can do more with the power of the mind.” That’s the whole point. SHOCKED TO FIND HIM STILL ALIVE - Doctors in Haiti assist survivor who was buried under marketplace rubble for 27 days::: PORT-AU-PRINCE, Feb. 9, 2010 -- Doctors in Port au Prince, Haiti's capital on Tuesday assisted a 28-year-old male survivor, who spent 27 days under the rubble after the devastating earthquake of Jan. 12. The survivor is Evan Muncie, who was selling rice at the market when the earthquake occurred. The doctors said that he is dehydrated and undernourished. Due to Muncie's critical health conditions, the doctors in Port- au-Prince had made great efforts to keep him alive. Doctor Mil Connelley, as quoted by a U.S. TV news channel, said that Muncie is disoriented but he does not have grave injuries.
Meanwhile, MUNCIE HAS BEEN ABLE TO SAY THAT A PERSON DRESSED IN WHITE WAS GIVING HIM WATER EVERY DAY UNTIL HE WAS RESCUED.
Despite the fact that it's impossible to survive for 27 days without water, medical authorities are calling the story 'hallucenations' and 'ramblings'.
